What is the cancellation policy?Booking payments are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the reservation. We're happy to partially refund your booking 5-7 days prior to your reservation, but less than 5 days' notice puts us in a tough spot. Lil Getaway won't be able to refund your payment if you cancel your booking less than 5 days prior.

Anything about miscellaneous?Passengers who wish to not be photographed must inform the tour guides and photographers in advance. Photographs may be used for Lil Getaway publicity purposes for website and other marketing operations. Lil Getaway is not responsible for internet circulation of images via social media or other outlets outside the photo content on the website.

Do you offer group bookings?Our mission is to offer simple escapes for XMUM staffs and students to unplug and connect with their the people around them, thus making new friends. While we do our best to accommodate requests from all our loyal customers, Lil Getaway is not the place for wild and rowdy gatherings. Will I know who will be attending the trip that I am attending also?3 days prior the trip start you will receive an email with all the necessary information about the details of your trip, and at this point you will also be introduced to the other guests in your trip, as well as your tour guides, and have the chance to connect with them.

What should I pack?Our Getaways are designed to be minimal—we suggest you to bring overnight essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries), clothing, and anything you can’t live without. Mineral water is also included in tour busses.

What rules that I should know?Lil Getaway tour guides has the right to suspend the activity and participation of a client on any Lil Getaway trip if behavior is erratic, unsafe, belligerent, or defiant of tour guides’ advices and orders. Client will not be refunded and will be responsible for any and all extra financial costs if they are required to disembark before the end of the trip. Erratic and unsafe behaviors includes but is not limited to excessive drinking of alcohol, unsafe practices aboard, willful defiance of the tour guides and their commands (in regards to safety), sexual harassment, physical and verbal violence, and so on. It is the right of the tour guides to judge erratic behavior as they deem fit for the situation.

What's included in each package?Hotel pickup and drop-off, transportation, accomodation, 3 meals per day, and entrance fees for all vacation spots are provided.

Any information on Disclaimer & Liability?All customer participants must agree to indemnify and hold Lil Getaway, its insurers, affiliates and tour guides harmless for any injury or death arising from uncontrollable circumstances of travel and the nature of the journey. Lil Getaway and its member crews are not held accountable for any injury caused by malfunction of a vessel that is not owned and maintained by Lil Getaway. In the case of an injury, the passenger remains responsible for the negligent acts that may result in harming the passenger and fellow crew.
