Leaning Tower

The leaning tower of Teluk Intan is the Malaysia equivalent of the world famous tower of Pisa in Italy. It is located in the centre of the town of Teluk Intan, Perak. The tower is slanted leftward similar to Tower of Pisa. It is 25.5 metres tall and from outside, it looks like a 8 storey building. In actual fact, you will find out as you go inside that the building is divided into 3 storeys.

The Farm Cafe

The one and only hipster cafe in Sitiawan. Good coffee, nice ambience and friendly crew. A great chill out place in this area.

Pulau Sembilan

Imagine a seaside that glows. Like in the movie Avatar where woodsprites (seeds of the sacred tree) float about like glowing jellyfish.

In real life, this is called bioluminescence, where light is produced by chemical reactions within millions of living organisms.

Puerto Rico’s Bio Bay or the Maldives’ Bioluminescent Beach are famous sites in the world to see this. But how about an island off Perak?

At the Pulau Sembilan archipelago of nine islands, about 50km west of Teluk Intan, we have a true treasure nicknamed Blue Tears beach, where the water glistens like stars in the sky.

Nan Wah Kopitiam

NAM Wah coffee shop in Pekan Batu 18, Hulu Langat, Selangor is a makan place that needs no introduction to the cycling community in the Klang Valley. This is one place where you can observe the 1Malaysia muhibbah spirit. Orang asli, Malay and Chinese villagers around here can be seen sipping their kopi-O and eating nasi lemak bungkus.

Sitiawan's 3D Art Gallery

3D Art Galleri Sitiawan is a popular art gallery located in Sitiawan, Malaysia. The images displayed here are such that manipulate with the eyes of the visitors and trick them into thinking that the image is painted in three dimensions. Take your time around the museum as this is going to be a lot of fun. The museum is opened on all days of the week, except for Saturdays

Night Markets

Night Markets (Pasar Malam) are located around Manjung & Sitiawan area. There are several night markets available and can be reached within few kilometers drive from Lumut.

Tua Pek Kong Temple

The more than 100-year-old Tua Pek Kong Temple at Pasir Panjang near here has become a popular tourist attraction in the Manjung district. This temple is an attraction site in Lumut, Malaysia. It is famous for the gigantic God statues and the blessings. Many who went there to pray had won lottery. That is also the reason how it can change from a small temple into an attraction site. It is because Chinese believe that when you strike a jackpot, you have to donate part of it as charity. So, you can imagine how many donation it has received from these people, in order to turn it into such a beautiful place with so many giant statues.
